Supporting your LGBTQIA family and friends is so much more than rainbow flags and colorful parades. It is also about recognizing and remembering the struggles that the LGBTQIA community has faced to achieve equal justice and opportunities. There are a number of local, regional and national organizations that advocate and provide a variety of services. These groups do everything from fighting for LGBTQIA rights and offering health services, to providing educational programs and managing emergency helplines.
