The Girard Art Walk showcases a diverse selection of local artists who display their visual art within a variety of businesses and organizations throughout Girard, PA for a one-night exhibition that celebrates the arts and West County. The event, which is free to attend, runs from 5-9pm on Friday, June 7. The event includes over 20 artists and nearly 20 participating organizations and businesses. Visitors will have the opportunity to connect with the artists and purchase their artwork, with 100% of the proceeds going to the artist. In addition to the artworks on display, the event will feature live art demonstrations, tours at historic sites and multiple stages for performing arts including live music and poetry readings, designed to engage audiences of all ages and backgrounds. A drum circle will also take place on the main stage in downtown Girard. Food trucks, drinks, and free raffle drawings will also be available.
